Ingredients
1/2 lb (226.8 g) daikon radish
1/2 lb (226.8 g) carrots
1 tbsp salt vinegar solution
1/2 Cup water
5 tbsp granulated white sugar
4 tbsp distilled vinegar
3 tbsp Nouc Mam Chay
Instructions
- Grate or slice carrots and daikon and set aside.
- Bring all liquids and sugar to boil.
- Let it cool
- Add the pickle juice, daikon and carrots into a jar.
- Keep in the fridge, pickle for 3 days
